**Catahoula Electric Generac GB 2000 Power Station Drawing Terms and Conditions**

1. **Eligibility**: This drawing is open to attendees of the Mardi Paws parade in Mandeville, LA, excluding employees of Catahoula Electric, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such employees. No purchase necessary to enter/win. Void where prohibited. Valid only within continental USA. Must be 18 years or older to enter with a valid email address.

2. **Agreement to Rules**: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Catahoula Electric as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Drawing.

3. **Drawing Period**: Entries will be accepted in person at our tent during the Mardi Paws parade or by scanning the QR code to enter online starting on 02/18/2024 at 10:00 and ending on 02/18/2024 at 18:00. All entries must be received by 18:00 on 02/18/2024.

4. **How to Enter**: The drawing must be entered by submitting an entry in person at our tent during the Mardi Paws parade or by scanning the QR code provided and entering online. The entry must fulfill all drawing requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. You may enter only once, and you must provide the information requested.

5. **Prizes**: The Winner of the Drawing will receive one Generac GB 2000 Power Station. The prize must be claimed in person at Catahoula Electric’s office location at 22201 MCH Rd, Mandeville, LA 70471. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is nontransferable and must be claimed within five days of the winner being announced. If the prize is not claimed within five days, it will be offered to the next selected contestant. The prize cannot be shipped, and no warranties or liability for the prize are offered by Catahoula Electric. Prize will be available for pick-up at our Mandeville, La. office location during normal business hours. Appointment preferred.

6. **Odds**: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. **Winner Selection and Notification**: The Winner will be selected by a random winner generator and announced via a Facebook Live event hosted by Catahoula Electric on 02/23/2024 at 14:00. Three names will be selected in total, in the event that the first selected Winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize. The Winner will have five days to claim the prize at Catahoula Electric’s specified office location. Catahoula Electric shall have no liability for the Winner’s failure to receive notices or claim the prize.

8. **Terms & Conditions**: Catahoula Electric reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing should any cause beyond Catahoula Electric’s control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Drawing.  By submitting your entry you are indicating your consent to receiving marketing communications, and the use of your name and image on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

9. **Limitation of Liability**: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Catahoula Electric and its representatives from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from your participation in the Drawing or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
